8MP DS-2DF8836IX-AELW Darkfighter Speed Dome Camera Hikvision

The Hikvision DS-2DF8836IX-AELW is an 8MP auto focus speed dome camera with a 2/3" progressive scan CMOS chip and a focal length of 7.5 - 270mm. Users also get free remote access via Hikvision's iVMS-4200 Video Management Software.

With an on-board MicroSD card slot that allows up to 265GB of storage, it also comes with H.265+/H.265 compression that gives users a saving on bandwidth & storage usage compared to previous H.264 compression.

The DS-2DF8836IX-AELW comes equipped configurable video motion detectors, which send users an alert when the camera detects something. This is supported by a feature that comes with camera, smart IR, which includes intrusion detection and line crossing.

Supported by a working temperature of -40°C to 65°C and IP66 weather-proof housing, this camera can be for either indoor or outdoor use. It also comes with a silicone wiper on the surface of the lens, this allows a good image no matter what the outdoor conditions, due to removing dirt and water making cleaning easier.

This camera part of the Darkfighter series, which enhances high quality images in low light environments. This is due to features such as: high light compensation, digital wide dynamic range (WDR), 3D digital noise reduction, and auto tracking 2.0.

Armed with 36x optical zoom & 16x digital zoom, providing users with more detail over larger areas. This is also supported by an IR distance of up to 200m of night vision.
